CAPITOL TIMES ARTICLE!
We are excited to present the Rock Workshop! This is a workshop for middle school to high
school aged musicians, designed to give them the full band experience, including recording and a live performance. Musicians will be
grouped with others of similar talent and interest to form bands. A teacher will assist in an 8 week program to help them play with others as a band. At the end of the program, each band will experience recording at Smart Studios, and will walk away with a finished CD. A showcase will be held twice a year with all of the Rock Workshop bands at the High Noon Saloon, to gain live show experience.
This is an ongoing workshop. The first semester is in session and the second semester will begin in November. We are accepting pre-enrollment forms now! Click the link at the bottom of the page to download, or give us a call!

The Rock Workshop applications have started rolling in for the second semester and as we receive the forms, we are scheduling times to meet each of the applicants in order to properly group them with similar musicians (genre and talent level). Each group will start in November as matches are made, pending each musician in the band’s availability, and once we have each instrument’s spot filled. We ask that you have 6 months to a year of experience with your instrument. We encourage all players to enroll; all instruments, sounds and styles! We currently are in need of lots more bass players and singers but regardless of your instrument, if you are at all interested in the Rock Workshop, please fill out the application and send it in. No commitments, we just want to meet you! Just click this link below:
